How liberals will save us (the list keeps growing)

The foundations of 21st Century liberal thought. Just click on a link to see how liberalism will solve the challenges that lay ahead:

1. Charity begins in other people's homes

2. Saving our planet will take significant sacrifice by others

3. There is no problem we can't solve with someone else's money

4. Paying taxes is a patriotic duty for other people, a trivial nuisance for us

5. The ascendancy of liberalism will return U.S. prestige abroad

6. Capitalism corrupts the soul -- except of course for mine because I advocate workers rights

7. We should put behind us Bush's unilateralism and embrace the policies of Europe

8. Public schools with unionized teachers should educate other people's children

9. Like my new eye glasses? I paid for them with the money I saved by not paying my taxes

About Me

Points for Pondering
Bossier City, Louisiana, United States
I am a 47-year-old father of two who has courageously chosen to live in an openly heterosexual relationship with my wife of nearly 13 years. I am a Louisiana native and proud LSU Tiger alumnus. I am a conservative Christian white male Republican, making me a member of the most reviled demographic segment in America. This blog is my humble participation in the discussion of current issues in politics, culture and business. I have strong opinions which I intend to share. Hope you find this blog interesting and thought provoking.
